Welcome to The Faena Residences
Faena Residences Miami is a bold expression of luxury, where architectural vision and cultural narrative converge to reflect the spirit of modern Miami.
The Building
Faena Residences Miami is poised to become an architectural icon: two 68-story glass towers by Rafael Viñoly, connected by a Sky Bridge 700 feet above the ground, rising along the Miami River. Within a private, gated 14-acre community, the development will offer 430 residences, including 20 River Lofts and four Sky Loft Penthouses of more than 6,000 square feet each. A waterfront promenade with curated retail and dining anchors the ground level, and residents enjoy secure access, privacy and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the river and the skyline.
